Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the restaurant through the development and implementation of strategic sales plans. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the success of promotional events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
    Create and maintain a sales plan, including setting targets and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote restaurant services and offerings.
    Handle client inquiries, provide information on products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Sales Activities:Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and local businesses.
    Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to showcase the restaurant’s capabilities.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings and events.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
    Coordinate with the culinary team to understand menu offerings and tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
    Track sales metrics, including revenue, client acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
    Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
    Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
