Project Description and Components: The Regional Member Account Development Manager will drive successful member account development and engagement to maximize member performance, partner revenue, advisor performance, agency engagement, and company program optimization within Northeast & Southeast Asia. The main components of the project are:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive member account development and engagement across the region.
- Member Account Management: Oversee and manage member accounts to ensure maximum performance and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
- Collaboration & Engagement: Foster strong relationships with partners, advisors, and agencies to enhance program optimization and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional business plan focusing on member account management and engagement.
- Create and maintain detailed member account plans (maps) to track performance and development.
- Ensure the CRM system is updated with accurate member and activity data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience and optimize company programs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member accounts and regional initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to advisors and agencies to drive performance and engagement.
- Identify and address any compliance issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and regional regulations.
