Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Membership Management
- Develop and execute strategies for membership recruitment.
- Handle end-to-end processing of new memberships, renewals, and updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive membership reports and statistical analyses.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Participation in Industry Projects
- Support various projects and initiatives involving members.
- Facilitate member participation in projects and programs.
Job Requirements include but not limited to:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in membership management or relevant area.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and prior knowledge & experience in database management would be advantageous.
