- Assist Head Baker with the daily production and preparation of fresh bakes.
- Conceptualise and introduce new/seasonal bakes
- Assist with basic stocktake of ingredients
- Ensure work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized and adhere to applicable safety rules and housekeeping requirements
- Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with good teamwork, willing to learn with passion in baking
- No prior experience needed
- Must possess Basic Food Hygience Cert
- Able to work 5.5 days/week, Monday-Saturday
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, Saturday 7am-1pm
