- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track sales progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with marketing department and product manager to develop sales tactics, promotional material, and products offering.
- Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to achieve sales budget and expand market share in sales channels.
- Monitor sales and GP to ensure profitability at company level.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to drive business growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts(value), and sales report to senior management.
- Providing sell-in and sell-out data to ensure good monitoring of inventory management.
- Build good rapport with customers to ensure good business opportunities.
- Monitor A&P spending and performance regular updates to keep track of amount spend.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the SBU Head.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
