- Assist the Project Manager in daily work execution.
- Coordinate site work with the operations team.
- Provide maintenance support for major fault-finding and investigation.
- Ensure that all building maintenance tasks are carried out and rectified within the stipulated time frame.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provisions at the work
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance services.
