Job Description
- Participating in the hiring process entails posting job positions, holding interviews, and helping to choose applicants.
- Assist new hires with their onboarding process.
- Handle overtime compensation and payroll processing.
- In charge of overseeing employee relations, settling disputes, and offering advice on matters about the workplace.
- Assist managers and staff in establishing and achieving performance targets.
- Organize employee development activities and training programs to advance their knowledge and abilities.
- Verify if the corporation abides by company policy, labor laws, and regulations.
- Preserve employee records and guarantee confidentiality and accuracy of data.
- For management and decision-making, create reports and KPIs about HR-related activities.
- Oversee the offboarding procedure and conduct departure interviews as part of the termination process.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in HRM / Business Studies / Administration
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge in Employment Act, HRIS
