We are representing our client in the Oil & Gas industry in hiring for a Contracts Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage sales and purchase contracts for crude oil, chartering vessel agreements, and letters of credit.
- Review and update existing contracts, including upstream agreements and other related documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate and negotiate contract terms.
- Identify and analyze potential risks in contract terms.
- Stay current with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
- Ensure compliance with contract deadlines and conditions.
- Work with trading and operations teams to ensure smooth operations and prevent supply disruptions.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Maritime Law, or a related field.
- Profiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- 2-3 years of experience as a contract administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of legal requirements for contracts.
