- To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utility services;
- To operate Building Systems and record their performance data;
- To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and performing repair works as assigned;
- To attend to In-house/Customers’ requests diligently;
- To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabouts and assisting to monitor the performance of appointed contractors;
- To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings;
- Good Hands-on/Handyman skills;
- To be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT);
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
