Job Descriptions:
- Provide daily operational and administrative support for the functioning of labs and programmes
- Administrative support for procurement, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Procurement of chemicals, consumables and inventory management
- Administrative support to researchers, students, and contractors for matters related to health, safety and other compliance
- Administrative support for the implementation of the safety policy, safety audit, and safety training
- Administrative support for license matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties related to laboratory management
Period:
- 6 Months Contract
Location:
- Boon Lay
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.45pm
- Friday, 8.30am to 5.15 pm
- 1 hour lunch break
Salary:
- up to $4000
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder in Chemistry, Physics, Material science or Diploma in Business Administration and other fields
- Experience in laboratory management is advantageous.
- Documented experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
- IT literate with good Writing Skills
