Responsibilities:
- Acting as a business partner to oversee the Profit Centre and financial performance.
- Work closely with the commercial/ operational teams and participate in relevant management control activities.
- Provide valuable financial/ non-financial information and suggestions to drive for financial excellency.
- Review the monthly closing and internal reporting process from subsidiaries to ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements.
- Perform critical and in-depth analysis of the Profit Centre’s operating performance.
- Build dashboards on profitability, cost control, working capital efficiency, cash flow management, and other key efficiency and productivity indicators.
- Drive the annual budgeting, business action plans formulation and budget control.
- Control and report key risks including risk of material misstatement in financial reporting as well as any other risks that threaten the value protection and creation.
- Ensure Group financial control policies / guidelines are strictly followed by subsidiaries.
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, ACCA or equivalent.
- CPA / CIMA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in budget and financial modeling.
- Experience in the manufacturing, commodities business would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and detail oriented.
- Willing to travel and open to overseas secondment in Indonesia for 2 years period, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be a plus.
