Management Support Officer / Executive, Bar Admission and Examinations (3-year contract, renewable basis)
The successful candidate will be a part of the Bar Admission and Examinations team, reporting to the Head of Operations (Bar Admission and Examinations). Key responsibilities include:
- Processing applications for courses, examinations and admission to the Singapore Bar.
- Handling administrative tasks related to the department's various functions.
- Ensuring proper documentation of work processes.
- Responding to inquiry emails from candidates and applicants.
- Undertaking any ad hoc projects or duties.
The successful candidate may anticipate placement or contract renewal at the end of the 3-year term based on performance.
We seek an individual who:
- is a good team player with strong planning, organisational and administrative skills.
- Can work independently with initiative and minimal supervision.
- Is proficient in written and spoken English.
- Holds a Diploma / Degree and has 2-3 years of relevant experience.
