- Complete and review assignments, adjusting workload with the team.
- Mentor and cross-train staff using standardized programs.
- Implement quality systems to meet SOPs and safety standards.
- Participate in cost and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate equipment calibration.
- Maintain lab cleanliness.
- Compound perfumes as per formulations.
- Update compounding records electronically.
- Ensure tools are clean for weighing.
- Prepare for odor evaluations.
- Manage material logistics from start to finish.
- Support shipping with proper documentation.
- Operate and maintain the Contexa robot.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences / Chemical Engineering
- Min. 1-2 years of working experience in a chemistry laboratory environment
