Responsibilities
- Process expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests and claims
- Provide secretarial and admin support to distribution and investment teams
- Assisting in general administrative duties and work of other teams to ensure smooth operation
- Venue and F&B sourcing for meetings and client events
- Premiums/gift packing and inventory management
- Participate in event support & logistics arrangement
- Provide support to visitors for visa applications, flight reservations and hotel bookings
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office
