Responsibilities
• Act as the primary support for a critical application platform, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Build knowledge and support the team, participating in problem-solving discussions.
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Application Remediation.
• Provide Engineering Support and IT Troubleshooting with intermediate proficiency.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of critical business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Conduct thorough analysis of system logs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent future application failures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application support processes.
Requirements
• Diploma in Computer engineering or related
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences
• Primary Skill: Java
• Intermediate in IT Troubleshooting.
