Duration:

  • Base Period: 01 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025 (17 months)
  • Option to Extend: Further period of 1 year (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026), at the Authority's discretion.

Work Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm (inclusive of 1hr meal break)
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 1hr meal break)
  • Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

  1. Ensure efficient day-to-day operation and administration of the general office.
  2. Maintain systems, resources, and equipment.
  3. Handle frontline services and telephone enquiries.
  4. Collate returns from students (e.g., medical records forms, dismissal slips).
  5. Render first aid to students.
  6. Administer lost and found articles.
  7. Manage and maintain the loan book.
  8. Assist with general admin work (handling mails, faxing, monitoring pupils/teachers’ returns, receiving goods, photocopy assignments, certificate printing, etc.).
  9. Administer bus booking and manage car decals for students’ parents.
  10. Consolidate data and surveys.
  11. Assist Admin Managers in data entry and record keeping.
  12. Disseminate information via Teachers’ Document Collection File.
  13. Perform any other duties assigned by Admin Managers or School Leaders.

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • At least a GCSE O-level certification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Strong communication skills in English with good interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably with experience in administrative and customer services.
