Responsibilities
· Leading the corporate Strategy & Planning function
· Forming business strategies working with senior management and shareholder in Japan
· Drawing up annual corporate budget each year
· Organizing managerial meetings such as Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors Meetings, Leadership Team Meetings, etc.
· Implementing, directing and overseeing the auditing and internal control including HQ requirement
· Managing internal policies and guidelines
· Providing support of and supervising overseas offices
· Preparing periodical business reports (both in Japanese and English)
· Organizing internal and external conferences
Requirements
· Proficient and fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
· At least 10 years of relevant experience
· Experience in energy and natural gas industry
· Ability to lead Strategy & Planning function
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
