- Passion for working with children.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Patient, Cheerful, Responsible, Resourceful and Motivated.
- Proficient in Primary school subjects.
- A team player.
- Basic IT skills.
- Prior experience working with children will be an advantage.
- Leadership and planning (for senior mentor).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Fetch children from nearby schools.
- Ensure classroom discipline and safety of children under your care.
- Plan holiday and enrichment programmes.
- Guide children with their schoolwork.
- Engage parents to form a positive relationship.
- Manage the centre operations (for senior manager)
