Job Description
·Responsible for maintaining production schedule and attaining effective resource utilization
· Maintain quality compliance for products and other regulatory requirements relative to clients’ requirement and any authority’s requirements
· Plan staffing requirement for assigned facility, provides training and development for personnel and develops team environment structure to support operations
· Develops procedures to control processes and product quality, plan capacity to meet demands and communicate mutual requirements with manufacturing and region for products manufacturers in facility
· Any other tasks assigned
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably from a university recognized by the Singapore PE Board or BCA.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering (Construction).
· Basic Experience in dealing with local Authorities / Stakeholders.
· Problem Solving Mentality.
· Strong Skills in work preparation, scheduling, supervision, and leading teams.
