Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Head to oversee and ensure the successful execution of our residential solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proven experience in solar project management, and a passion for advancing sustainable energy solutions. This role is crucial for overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of residential solar energy projects, emphasizing the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety norms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors and other external stakeholders to drive project success, with a keen focus on quality assurance.
- Ensure that client needs are met and communicate effectively with clients.
- Conduct technical analyses, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Uphold Health & Safety protocols and ensure the well-being of project personnel and the community.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing residential solar energy projects.
- Knowledge of solar photovoltaic technology and relevant software tools.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Salary & benefits:
Salary range 100-120 kSGD/ year
