Currently, one of our cleints are looking out for Application Support Enginer who has adequate hands on expeience in IT Troubleshotting and Applicatin Remediation.
Job Scope :
· As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as the primary support for a critical application platform, leading the identifying and solving of issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
· You will be expected to build knowledge and support the team, as well as participate in problem-solving discussions.
· Intermediate proficiency in Application Remediation is required.
· Engineering Support, IT Troubleshooting, and Intermediate proficiency in these skills are recommended.
· Develop innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of critical business systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
· Conduct thorough analysis of system logs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Implement proactive measures to prevent future application failures.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application support processes
