Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving all digital marketing activities for our MBA and Executive MBA programmes. The Manager will collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams across marketing, recruitment, admissions and programme management, as well as external vendors. This is an exciting and multifaceted role that requires strong storytelling capabilities supported by creativity, fresh thinking, and a strong understanding and sense of empathy with prospect and student needs.


The key objectives of this role are:

  1. Crafting impactful and creative content that differentiates our programmes and connects with our target audiences in meaningful ways.
  2. Engaging with prospects, students, and alumni across various channels throughout their pre-MBA, MBA, and post-MBA journeys.
  3. Building and strengthening awareness of our MBA and Executive MBA programmes across multiple target audiences and markets worldwide.
  4. Optimising the performance of all our owned, paid, and earned digital channels—including web, social, email, and events—throughout the lead generation, nurturing, and conversion stages.

The scope includes:

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Head, Marketing & Admissions, and programme leads to plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to content creation and marketing, email marketing and social media
  • Work with programme leads to conduct research and gather findings on prospect motivations and behaviours in order to enhance our marketing and recruitment campaigns
  • Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Develop and execute the overall content and social media strategy and ensure it aligns with the overall marketing objectives.
  • Responsible for planning and executing email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Plan and produce in-house digital creative assets, including but not limited to social videos, social posts, eDMs and e-flyers
  • Work with external vendors, where necessary, to produce professional-level creative assets including photography, video production and print collaterals
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices and emerging platforms and tools for adoption

Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree or polytechnic diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in strategizing, managing, executing and reporting on digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in producing in-house creative assets using design, video and photo editing software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite
  • Experienced with using AI tools for content creation and adaptation
  • Experience in designing and creation of eDMs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with strong experience in digital marketing strategy, planning and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush a plus
  • Experience in setting up and optimising in-house PPC campaigns such as Meta and LinkedIn
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Proven collaboration and team management skills
