Job Descriptions: -
- Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
- Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
- Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement
- Ma provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
- This position report directly to the operations manager or service Delivery lead
- This position will work closely with all Team Members and relevant Business units
- Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
- Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
- Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
- Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders.
- Continually meet targets, KPI’s and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelors’ Degree or above in business or related field
- At least 5 years of work experience in sales / sales operations
- Open to undergrad with relevant work experience
- SAP knowledge, supply chain experience / background is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and personable in character
- Effective problem-solving skills
