We seek dynamic individuals to fill the role of a Marketing Operations Executive. As a member of the sales and marketing team, the incumbent will play an important role in contributing to the achievement of the company’s objective and vision to be Asia’s leading food company; providing quality products and services to the global market.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Retail Daily Operational Support: Provide back-end operational support and coordinate with the frontline supervisors to ensure operational excellence across the stores
- Promotional Planning: Create compelling promotional content; Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Market Research: Monitor and analyse market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the development of the brand
- Product Packaging Design Development: Work closely with the design team on the design development of promotional materials, product packaging launches, premium gifts etc
- Events Planning and Customer Engagement: Plan and participate food events/roadshows. Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and product knowledge.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Bachelor’ Degree in any discipline
- Salary will commensurate with skillsets and relevant working experience
- Possess a keen interest in retail and operations, has a good eye for detail
- Motivated self-starter who is hands-on with a positive team-oriented attitude
- Independent, Resourceful, Dynamic and able to adapt to fast-paced operational environment
- Highly customer service centric with ability to interact well with internal and external customers
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
