Responsibilities:
- Develop and source new products, implementing strategies for pricing, positioning, and identifying target markets for each brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, handle contract negotiations, and ensure the timely delivery of top-quality products.
- Ensure that product testing and quality control processes meet regulatory GMP standards.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials, ensuring the success of product launches.
- Assess sell-in and sell-through sales data and calculate ROI.
- Participate in inventory forecasting and ordering processes.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize space management for incoming goods.
- Track and analyze competitor activities, and interpret market data.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in product management in FMCG
- Possess effective communication and good interpersonal skills
