RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the daily operations of stores and assist in other necessary operation matters;
· Welcome & serve the customers with a friendly and helpful attitude and answer any inquiries about our products;
· Handle cash transactions, provide change, and process electronic payments.;
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and displays;
· Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards in the handling and preparation of food products;
· Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and the store manager to ensure smooth store operations;
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned;
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong passion for Service
· Willingness to work on a rotating roster
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
