We sell adult diapers and other elderly products through our online platform and retail space.
We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team in providing PR and content for our social media and marketing presence. You are required to help ensure and maintain the brand reputation and image of the company on social media.
You would be solely focused on our brand and provide value-added and creative content that is engaging to our target audience
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner across all communication platform
- Monthly content and material planning and writing content briefs with local team for our client’s social media channels
- Community engagement and community management
- Plan content calendar and schedule posts timely on native platforms and social media.
- Track and analyse social media posts performance and write relevant monthly and quarterly reports on posts and channel health
- Work with the internal design team to maintain brand image
- Provide prompt updates on the statuses of each campaign as well as briefs and timelines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools
- Be meticulous and organised in content reviews
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Able to perform basic graphic or video editing and design would be an advantage.
- Previous work experience in nursing is also an advantage
