Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and lead internal and external communications deliverables such as internal EDMs, feature stories, video-interviews etc. to drive brand awareness and increase mindshare.
- Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions and where necessary – to develop public facing letters and manage a reasonable amount of public feedback.
- Support key stakeholders in the delivery of corporate initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns, events and initiatives.
- Prepare and draft press materials, speeches, feature articles, letters and announcements.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications, Public relations or related field
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience
- Familiar with media, project, campaign and event management
- Able to facilitate Stakeholder engagement sessions to be useful and productive.
- Good documentation skills to ensure discussions are properly recorded for future reference.
- Enthusiasm in healthcare planning topics and issues so as to identify newsy story angles for publicity
- Strong linguistic capabilities, and ability to write papers for approval when required.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
