Responsibilities:
1. Installing wooden structures such as backdrop, roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work
2. Installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation
3. Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closure
4. Selecting lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customer's budget and style
5. Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other event designers, construction professionals, architects, and building code recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Experience in using hand and power tools such as drills, chisel, sanders, saws, and nail guns
2. Joinery and cabinet making skills
3. Knowledge of building regulations and codes to be adhered to
4. Able to work for long hours period or night shift
At least 5 years experience
