Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer & Driver. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also fulfilling driving duties for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about our products or services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately in our system.
- Safely transport goods, equipment, or personnel to and from designated locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed.
- Fetching of customers to shops.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service roles, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar combined customer service and driving role.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
