- Implementation of Microsoft Server OS with AD, DNS and hybrid Azure cloud platform
- Implementation and configuration of Hyper V and VM architecture
- Implementation of Linux OS and configure the server to the network operations.
- Network technical support, handling and participating in on-call rotation for all Tier 2 network escalations and incidents.
- Provide technical support, implementation, and migration of Microsoft 365.
- Local & Wide Area Network support including the ability to manage and troubleshoot problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Printers, etc.
- Day to day operation with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, IPSec VPN, DNS, SDN, SD-WAN, and other technologies.

- To provide recommendations to clients’ network infrastructure on upgrades or tech refresh based on documentation compilation.
- Develop and maintain tools for monitoring and troubleshooting existing applications and web applications using modern software development practices.
- Engage in the development and integration of AI solutions, such as ChatGPT, for enhancing customer support and automating response systems.
