Personal Assistant to Director

Protus Wonderland Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the chairman in the company's strategic planning and business development, conduct market research and analysis, and provide strategic advice and decision-making support.

2. Fund management and operation, including project screening, investment analysis, risk assessment and fund operation monitoring.

3. Maintain good relations with financial institutions such as funds and banks, and coordinate cooperation matters between the company and financial institutions.

4. Participate in the promotion and management of the company's key projects to ensure that projects are completed on time and with quality.

5. Coordinate project resources, track project progress, and solve various problems in project execution.

6. Handle the chairman's daily affairs arrangements, including business trips, meeting arrangements, schedule coordination, document processing, etc.

7. Responsible for collecting, organizing and writing reports of various types of information required by the chairman, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information, writing business reports and analysis reports regularly to provide decision-making basis for the chairman


job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, finance, finance, economics, supply chain management or related professional background.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in the financial industry or banking. Applicants with relevant experience in fund management or investment analysis are preferred.

3. Applicants with relevant experience in the field of supply chain management or a certain understanding of supply chain operations will be given priority.

4. Be familiar with the operation of financial markets and investment funds, and have the ability to analyze financial products and assess risks.

5. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal and external parties.

6. Have good writing skills and be able to write reports, plans and meeting minutes; be proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office suite) and related financial analysis tools.
