Senior HR Manager | Healthcare | Performance Bonus + AWS | #TF

Responsibilities:

  • Advise Group CEO and stakeholders on the organisational structure to achieve business goals
  • Manage and execute monthly payroll of all business units within the holding company
  • Manage and ensure Salary, Wages and Benefits are within set KPIs
  • Champion staff development to drive a high performance culture in the company
  • Clarify the expected conduct of all employees by ensuring behaviours follow the values of the organisation through effective communication
  • Communicate the impact of HR strategy, goals and initiatives on workforce, business and financial performance
  • Communicate the organisation's rewards system so as to motivate employees through periodic townhall meetings
  • Deliver presentations to senior business leaders and stakeholders during management meetings
  • Identify key challenges related to work performance and recommend solutions
  • Identify the organisation's core capabilities needed in a competitive and ever-changing business environment
  • Lead HR transformation programmes to improve the workforce, HR technology and operations
  • Provide advice to Group CEO and leaders on people-related matters that impact work performance
  • Review impact of HR policies and programmes on workforce performance taking into consideration priorities, risks, costs and benefits
  • Show professionalism in dealing with sensitive topics during discussions with senior business leaders and stakeholders
  • Work with Group CEO to keep attrition at 3%

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of Human Resources experience
  • Communication skills
  • Writing abilities
  • Leadership abilities
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
