Job title: Warehouse Executive
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours/Day: 5.5 Days - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.45pm, Saturday 8.45am to 12.45pm
Annual Leave: 14 days Annual Leave, Yearly + 1 day
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using inventory management software or manual systems.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Properly store and organize goods and materials within the warehouse or storage facility.
- Ensure that items are stored safely and securely to prevent damage or loss.
- Fulfil orders accurately and efficiently according to customer or internal requests.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for logistic partner/drivers/technicians, ensuring that the correct items/parts are included and properly packaged.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy
- Identify and report any damaged, defective or items returned from servicing department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse or storage area.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as equipment inspections and repairs.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to optimize workflow and efficiency. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, fostering a teamwork-oriented environment.

- Provide delivery services if required
- Any other ad-hoc function as requested by company from time to time
