Working Schedule: 9am-6pm( Monday to friday)
Working location: Loyang
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to assigned customers in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and enquiries for air / ocean / warehousing / contract logistics
- Follow up on clients' outstanding payment, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, overseas offices and operations teams for shipment arrangement
- Support sales activities and supporting works to operate the sales department activities well.
- Perform other job duties as per requested
Requirements:
- Strong operational background in air/ocean freight/3PL warehousing/Contract Logistics
- MIN 1 year working experience in sales support functions preferred
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Warm, sincere and professional disposition
- 5.5 working days (alternate SAT Off upon confirmation)
- A highly organized and meticulous person with a passion for customer service excellence
- Able to work in teams as well as independently
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, self-motivator that promotes team work among co-workers and willing to learn attitude
- Good in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint
