Job Scope:
- Set gauges and prepare/issue inspection sheets and procedures.
- Verify threading inserts.
- Perform incoming checks and verification of: Raw materials/ Customer-supplied materials/ Subcontract operations
- InstrumentsDimensional verification
- Hardness checks
- Mill certificate verification
- VTI
- Short-term rental gauges - Conduct final checks on finished parts and documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Perform daily phosphate titration tests and monthly coupon tests.
- Raise non-conformance/incident reports for discrepancies.
- Conduct internal process audits.
- Maintain the integrity of the gauge room.
- Ensure all work follows documented procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using gauging and measuring instruments
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Have API knowledge
