We are seeking a talented and experienced MARKETING MANAGER to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy, overseeing all marketing activities, and ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the industry. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Developing Marketing Strategy:** Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and achieve business goals.

2. **Campaign Management:** Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.

3. **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and use the findings to inform marketing strategies.

4. **Brand Management:** Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications, and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.

5. **Team Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

6. **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in line with the overall business objectives.

7. **Partnership Development:** Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's reach and enhance marketing efforts.

8. **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the consumer goods industry is preferred.
