Job Description:
· Seek out prospective customer/ business opportunities with new and existing clients
· Prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations
· Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both clients and company's needs
· Estimate and analyse costs, calculating clients' quotation
· Prepare Tender & Liaise with Sales/Tender Team before submission
· Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both clients and company's needs
· Coordinate and manage Sales projects
· Develop product knowledge, understanding of competitors and their products, as well as market awareness
· Other duties as assigned by superior
· Able to work well both independently and within a team
Requirements:
* Applicants need to be able to work overtime
* Bilingual (English and Chinese Mandarin) in writing and speaking
· Candidate must possess at least a Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
· At least 2 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Required Skill(s): Specialized in Lift Elevator & Escalator
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
· Good communication skills
· Min. Class 2/3 driving licence is an added advantage

· Location: Kaki Bukit
· Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Alternate Saturday)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic salary + Sales commission + Variable Bonus
