Job Description
· Assist in recruitment process: from arranging of interviews to preparing contract for new hires.
· Generate & maintain a full set of employee’s personnel documents to ensure professional HR filing system & up-to-date employee information.
· Assist in setting up new hires in the system.
· Handle work pass matters: applications/issuance/renewal/cancellation.
· Assist in completion of government surveys e.g. MOM, A*Star etc…
· Handle full internship cycle recruitment: Coordination with schools/managers, preparation of documents, stipend distribution, onboarding etc…
· Provide basic HR consultation to employees.
· Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
· Ad-hoc HR project as assigned by HRBP.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree. In a relevant discipline will be a plus.
· 1-2 years of related working experience.
· Basic knowledge of local labor law.
· Proficiency in MS office applications. Experience with Workday a plus.
