Contract Procurement Representative
12m + 1m completion bonus
Salary: 4500 base max
No transport allowance but there is company bus from Boon Lay, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Outram Park, Bedok MRT
Mon-Fri 8.15-5.00pm
Responsibilities:
Managing SG spending for Direct, Indirect Material and Equipment category.
Managing CSP (Compliance, System & Process) enhancement projects for SEA Market
Prepare monthly savings reports and pipeline consolidation into procurement portal
Learn and apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tool and skill to execute sourcing initiative
Identifies, develops, and implements sourcing strategies and savings projects
Collaborate with Regional Category Team to develop and implement strategies
Engages supplier organization and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and action plans.
Support all business unit across SG for lower delivered cost through TDC model and savings initiatives
Develop alternate suppliers. Engages appropriate resources (Quality, Supply Chain, RDE, Regulatory) to qualify and approve potential new suppliers
Assembles contracts and implements supply positions to ensure the security of supply and achievement of procurement goals
Work closely with the Supply Chain team on inventory control, quality of materials, process safety for material used.
