As the Sales and Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring our team is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to represent our premium skincare solutions effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing training programs to enhance our team's expertise.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Design, organize, and conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
5. Maintain an in-depth understanding of Laponie’s skincare products and be able to communicate their benefits effectively.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
7. Represent the company at industry events to promote products and build relationships.
8. Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, and implement best practices and maintain high standards of professionalism within the sales team.
