Role and Responsibilities
- General cleaning duties.
- Fixed working hours.
- 5 day working week
- Once a month work on Saturday
- Lunch provided.
- Assists the teachers in bathing the children
- Serves food to the children at meal times
- Cleans the offices, classrooms and the toilets
- Cleans the floor after breakfast, before the children’s nap time, after lunch and after tea time
- Ensures that the floor is dry at all times before children are allowed to walk on it.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the children’s chairs, windows, cubby holes, shelves and shoe racks
- Cleans the tables as and when they are dirty
- Assists teachers in cleaning mattress
- Assists other staff in cleaning the mess created by children
- Check cleaning supplies inventory
- Assists in cooking whenever needed
- Carries out any other tasks assigned by the Principal from time to time
