Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that are ROI-driven and intentional, moving beyond brand marketing to directly impact sales growth across our food service, modern trade, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales in stagnant and growing market segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
- Work closely with our social media agency to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to optimize future campaigns for a higher ROI.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation, serving as the sole expert within the company.
- Foster relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including retailers and distributors, to enhance product visibility and sales channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in managing comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with project management tools, such as ClickUp.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with the food industry and product marketing is a plus.
