Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a combination of creative and analytical skills to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing strategies and possess the ability to lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, and regularly review progress. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.

Content and Creative:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Work with designers, writers, and other creatives to produce compelling marketing materials.

SEO and SEM:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management. Continuously optimize search marketing efforts to maximize ROI.

SEO and SEM Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze organic search performance, identifying opportunities for SEO improvement. Track paid search campaign performance and provide insights on keyword optimization and ad effectiveness. Collaborate with the SEO and SEM teams to align strategies with data-driven insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular posting and interaction with followers. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and other relevant metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including website analytics, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush) to track key performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, user behavior, and campaign performance

Customer Insights:

  • Analyze customer data to understand demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Segment audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies based on customer insights. Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry standards. Identify trends and best practices in digital marketing within the industry. Provide recommendations to stay ahead of competitors.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and optimize spending to achieve maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
  • Excellent understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
