Scope of Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Achieve regional level sales targets including new business and developing high repeat customer business
  • Growing (1) WOA Flight Concierge/FBO Services (2) Aircraft Management Services client base by developing and executing client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Plan and lead sales activities for Flight Concierge/FBO & Aircraft Management services by identifying business opportunities, gathering market and competitor trends, cold-calling, and generating sales leads
  • Win new strategic accounts by forming relationships at a senior level.
  • Manage the regional sales team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve yearly personal and team business objectives
  • Act as a mentor and provide ongoing training for the local team on sales and account management skills
  • Form strong working relationships with industry bodies and associations to increase WOA presence in the marketplace
  • Build a strong profile in the Asian market, networking with leading industry professionals, sitting on committees and speaking at local events.
  • Develop and execute local tactical initiatives including sales strategies to launch to new products/services or target new industry verticals
  • Identify local marketing requirements to help plan and support marketing initiatives.
  • Create strong working relationships across other WOA divisions/subsidiaries to develop cross sell strategies
  • Report on progress and achievement of business objectives, customer engagement/acquisition status and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Provide top-notch customer service with highest level of professionalism by understanding and meeting the needs and requirements of current and prospective customers


Requirements:

  • Highly driven, motivated and results focused
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales at a senior level with a proven track record of results delivered against targets and forecasts.
  • Passionate about customer service and track record of delivering excellent support to customers
  • Knowledge of the online industry including key players, business models and technologies
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
  • High level of proven negotiating and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision
