Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook Chinese style zi char food in wok and various utensils
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored appropriately
- Check quality of ingredients
- Ensure compliance with SFA standards
- Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
- Able to be accept shifts on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays (off days will be on weekdays)
