ob Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch public relations programs related to the PUB Rehab project.
- Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints regarding the project.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Contractor staff to ensure proactive actions before scheduled works.
- Initiate dialogue with property owners, management corporations, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils, and other relevant parties as directed.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc visits to residents affected by the works, providing updates on schedules and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a PR Database, documenting all communications, visits, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field with experience in public relations.
- Experience in PUB Rehab projects (CIPP Lining for Drain Lines) highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is advantageous.
- Possession of a Class 3 driver's license and access to own vehicle is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work extended hours if needed.
