Duties:
- Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat.
- Receiving, organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
- Preparation of soups, porridge and hot beverages.
- Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
- Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas and kitchen floor, according to established standards of hygiene.
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 years of Kitchen work experience
- Able to work 6 days per work week. 8-hour work per day
- Possess valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- Demonstrate basic knife skills
- Hardworking
- A reliable team player
