Job Description
· Conducting internal training for all new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
· Conduct and facilitate internal and external seminars and workshops as well as WSQ Programs
· Assist training manager with the development and / or improvement of training materials in order to better facilitate training, ensuring consistency, quality and up to date
· Collaborate with the Company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
· Analyse the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
· Handle training administration & coordination, including registration of training courses
· Assist with classroom and assessment room setup
· Assist in the Company’s continuous improvements and training related areas and its status as a SSG Approved Training Organisation (ATO)
· Any other duties relevant to the training team
Job Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in related field
· Candidates with relevant experience in training with payroll and HR experience will have an advantage
· ACTA/ACLP certified
· Independent and ability to work with minimum supervision in fast pace environment
· Proactive and takes initiatives.
· Able to commit to night trainings when required
· Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
