Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Analyse, Design workshops with Client.
- Write Test scripts based on SRS/SDS.
- Perform Testing per test scripts and debugging.
- Perform edge testing and debugging.
- Read JSP and Java codes where required for debugging.
- Work with Developers to support defect fixes
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of software applications and systems.
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing software applications to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of system design, architecture, and integration principles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), or other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
